Come and join me for a unique dining experience set on the beautiful Colmant Cap Classique & Champagne Wine Farm, just outside Franschhoek Village.

The concept is simple – an exclusive dining experience, hosted by me, around one long table in my newly renovated home – the first of it’s kind in Franschhoek. Either book a table of 14 or 16 for a private group or come and join fellow diners and meet like-minded foodies from all corners of the globe. Trade travel stories and tips while sharing the experience – knowing you all have one thing in common – the enjoyment of great food and wine! Come alone and leave with friends.

My menu changes daily and depends entirely on what’s on offer from the markets and my loyal suppliers. Menu ideas are fluid until I am happy that you are getting a unique offering of the best available produce. The prices listed are all fully inclusive. Enjoy a 3-course menu for lunch and 5 courses for dinner. Each course is accompanied by a glass of bubbly or wine from our selection. I will talk you through it all and offer suggestions if needed.

If time permits, start your experience with a tasting of the fabulous 5* rated Colmant bubblies and cellar tour booked at  colmant.co.za/tasting-room  From there, you’ll move across to my home where the gourmet experience begins. Regular restaurant rules don’t apply other than that you enjoy yourself!  Grab a welcome drink of your favourite Colmant bubbly, get to know your fellow diners and my kitchen team and make yourself at home.  Wander around the garden, chill in the lounge savouring the smells from the kitchen or come and chat while I prepare your meal.  From the age of 16 I’ve been cooking in kitchens all over the world and have an enormous knowledge of many different cultures of food – I’d love to share some of these stories with you.
